Audi Philippines Steps Up Its After-Sales Service Game with Expanded Service Facility

After-sales service, they say, is an integral part of the ownership experience. Anyone can offer a great product. Yet this will only go so far if there isn’t reliable after-sales service to back it up, especially in the event of something going wrong. This is why Audi Philippines recently unveiled an expanded service facility to cater to its loyal clients.

The 5,000sq.m facility in Greenhills, Mandaluyong City, boasts of state-of-the-art equipment coming from no less than Audi AG of Germany. More importantly, a host of certified technicians are on hand to make sure that your Audi is given the care and attention it deserves. All this is performed within the new service area which has fourteen new work bays.

The new Audi Philippines service facility is an addition to the current service center that takes care of Audi vehicles. But with the new site, clients need not wait long for their vehicle to be serviced. Despite the quicker work times, however, Audi clientele are still guaranteed the same quality that goes into every job performed at Audi.

Apart from the new service center, Audi Philippines is also constructing a new body and paint shop to help speed up repair of your precious metal. All this ensures the same trusted German precision and quality that Audi has been known for.
