When Honda Cars Philippines launched the fifth-generation CR-V last August, it set the stage for a bolder, more versatile Comfortable Runabout Vehicle. Honda has not been shy about saying that the all-new CR-V will have a number of firsts for the vehicle, specifically, the diesel-powered variants that are set to arrive this September.
Well, September has come around and so has the all-new CR-V. Honda Cars Philippines is pleased to announce the arrival of the first batch of diesel-powered CR-Vs in the country.
Buyers will now be able to experience the power and economy of the 1.6-liter i-DTEC four-cylinder motor that puts out 120hp and 300Nm. These horses are sent to either the front- or all four wheels via class-leading 9-speed automatic gearbox with Electronic Gear Selector.
Moreover, the all-new CR-V makes a return to the practical 7-seat configuration. This allows owners to bring along family and friends, thanks to more seats and cargo-carrying capabilities.
The al-new fifth-gen Honda CR-V in is now being offered in the following variants:
- 2.0S CVT (5-Seater): P1,539,000 (Gasoline variant)
- 1.6V Diesel 9AT (7-Seater): P1,569,000
- 1.6S Diesel 9AT (7-Seater): P1,759,000
- 1.6SX Diesel 9AT AWD (7-Seater): P2,049,000
