The latest-generation Nissan NV350, more popularly known as the Urvan, has been around for about two years. It also got a bit more upscale recently with the introduction of the Urvan Premium variant. Well, it looks like Nissan Philippines Inc. was just warming up with that one as it recently announced that it would be putting in a few tweaks into its hot-selling van.

While not too many details were disclosed, no less than Nissan Philippines Inc. President and Managing Director Ramesh Narasimhan revealed that the upcoming 2018 model would receive a few niceties in the form of a few added safety features, some exterior modifications, and a few revisions in the interior.

Apart from these, the updated Nissan Urvan will also get a few changes under the metal. Most notable are the Euro-4 compliant diesel motor, along with the addition of an automatic transmission variant. The former is intended to comply with stricter environmental laws, while the latter will be useful for drivers, especially in Metro gridlock.

All these changes, however, will come at a price. The upcoming Nissan Urvan Base and Premium variants will have a price increase when they arrive this November. Stay tuned to this space to find out more.
