Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI), the official business unit of Honda in the country, has added another variant to the 2017 Civic. Introducing the Honda Civic 1.8 E CVT Navi Limited Edition.

As seen from the photo above, this variant of the 10th generation Honda Civic presents itself with a slightly sportier exterior than its regular 1.8 E CVT version. That’s because HCPI threw in some cool Modulo accessories like a trunk lid spoiler and door window visors to push up its style points a few notches.

In addition, HCPI also packaged this limited run variant with 2 exclusive paint colors Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic and Chrystal Blue Pearl. These colors join the already sleek-looking White Orchid Pearl.

Inside, HCPI fitted the Civic 1.8 E CVT Navi Limited Edition with a 7-inch touch screen head unit with audio-visual navigation, hence the variant name. Aside from this centerpiece, the Japanese carmaker also added nifty tech and convenience features such as hands-free Bluetooth connectivity and audio streaming, HDMI and USB ports, and a screen mirroring feature called MiraCast projection. Finally, the trunk gets a storage tray with a Modulo badge.

Under the hood resides a 1.8L inline 4 cylinder gasoline engine that makes 139 hp and 171 Nm of torque. It’s mated to a continuous variable transmission (CVT) which Honda developed in-house using its Earth Dreams technology.

In light of all these variant-exclusive additions, the Honda Civic 1.8 E CVT Navi Limited Edition comes with a suggested retail price of P1,133,000 (plus P20,000 should the customer opt for the White Orchid Pearl paint color). HCPI also encourages interested buyers to have their units reserved as this limited run variant is now available at all Honda Cars dealerships nationwide.

To those looking to see the Honda Civic 1.8 E CVT Navi Limited Edition in person, drop by its display area at the SM Mall of Asia from June 8 until June 14, 2017. To know more about Honda Cars Philippines and its models, visit the official website.
