Hyundai PH opens new assembly plant in Sta. Rosa Laguna

Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the official local distributor of Hyundai vehicles, has closed Q1 of 2017 on a high note. This achievement was the perfect transition to yet another milestone for the Korean brand as it recently opened its Hyundai Assembly Center (HAC) in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

HAC is located within the Laguna Technopark in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Its workforce consists of over a hundred professionally-trained mechanics, tech experts, and automotive craftsmen. It also boasts an array of equipment with cutting-edge technologies to ensure the highest vehicle production quality.

Of note, the assembly plant is set to manufacture the brand’s popular Eon subcompact hatchback and the H350, a multi-purpose van for small-to-medium business use. As regard, the facility is expected to generate jobs and promote skills enhancement to more Filipinos, thus helping to boost economy and the automotive industry.

In its inauguration, HARI President and CEO Ma. Fe Perez-Agudo said, “We take quality and excellence seriously at Hyundai.
