Grab Treats Its Loyal Patrons to GrabRewards

It’s been a great year for Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading ride-hailing service. Its customer base has grown from ten to 27 million, while it has launched services like GrabPay. As 2016 draws to a close, Grab would like to thank its loyal patrons by unveiling GrabRewards.

As the name suggests, GrabRewards treats clients to various rewards for their loyal patronage. Depending on the type of bookings they have made, vehicle type they availed of, and distance traveled within the last six months, GrabRewards will place the respective customer within a certain reward tier. One can fall either in the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Member tiers.

The first three groups are for Grab’s top riders, while the Member category is for all other passengers. Platinum passengers, for instance, are treated to perks like preferential bookings, as well as a dedicated hotline within the app, should they need assistance. Moreover, rewards privileges will also be available from Grab partners within the next few weeks Some of the goodies include free or discounted rides, just to name a few.
