The team over at Autostrada Motore Inc. (the exclusive importer of Ferrari and Maserati vehicles) are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team in Bonifacio Global City. Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible in formulating / organizing new events for the brand such as test drive, private previews and other related activities.
2. Responsible in handling mall exhibits and offsite exhibits.
3. Prepares and manages budgets for events.
4. Responsible in handling ingress and egress plus assistance in the event proper
- securing permits
- close coordination with the set up team in preparing Marketing collaterals
- coordination with the drivers responsible in transporting the vehicles
5. Prepares manning schedule in close coordinating with sales team in all exhibits and events.
6. Close coordination with suppliers in producing giveaways for events.
7. Sourcing sponsorship opportunities in support for brand initiated events.
8. Responsible in maintaining and updating (in close coordination with the sales admin) customer database / MODIS
9. Administer mailers in promoting new deals.
10. Responsible in updating Marketing reports - Events.

11. Responsible in handling the Merchandise inventory.
12. Product ambassador of the brand.
13. Accept other related jobs from time to time and can work longer hours.
14. Coordination with the suppliers.
15. Updating web site plus social media pages.
16. Preparing selected reports (media clippings / events reports)
Requirements
1. Must have a college degree with diploma
2. At least 1 year of Marketing experience and exposed in doing events and other marketing strategies
3. Must have goof English communication skills
4. Must be flexible with schedule to conduct and attend marketing events, including some evenings and weekends.
