Sick of seeing his countrymen die senselessly in avoidable accidents caused by speeding, fellow car enthusiast and Senator, JV Ejercito today filed a bill to put a stop this anarchy.
The bill will extend to include all public utility vehicles and heavy trucks. The Senator also plans to file another bill that will include the use of CCTV which can serve as a black box recorder that authorities can retrieve vital information to aid in their investigation. Senator JV tells me that should this get the attention of the president and can be deemed as urgent, it can be passed within a year.
