Isuzu helps bring out the effiency of its vehicles via Eco Drive Training

December 5, 2018

It’s no secret that Isuzu trucks are considered as being some of the most reliable in the business. The same goes for their diesel engines, which are pretty much legendary in their own right. But it wouldn’t hurt to bring out even more efficiency from theise mills, right?

This is what Isuzu Philippines Corporation set out to do in its monthly Eco Drve Training series. As the name suggests, this is a set of seminars that impart practical knowledge about the most efficient way to drive an Isuzu vehicle.  Catering to the fleet customers, this series of lectures and practical teaching modules lets them in on how to make the most of their Isuzu truck.

One of the ways this is done is by utilizing the Mimamori Online Service advanced operation information system, which uses telematics to monitor various vehicle functions in real time. It likewise analyzes driver behavior behind the wheel, allowing one to see where they are “missing out” and to make the necessary adjustments in order to make the most of their vehicle.

And of course, participants are always reminded to regularly check their vehicle, daily if possible. This is to ensure not only its safety as well as that of other road users but to also keep it running as efficiently as it can.

With this, we can expect to see more Isuzu vehicles running at their most efficient in the coming year
