The Aston Martin Owners Club - Manila (AMOC-Manila) recently held its first ever Aston Martin Track Day event at the Clark International Speedway (CIS) in Pampanga. It was made possible with the support of Aston Martin Manila, the official distributor of the British luxury car brand in the Philippines.

At the said event, members of the AMOC-Manila were treated to a day’s worth of on-track action that highlighted the power and driving dynamics of Aston Martin’s line of vehicles. These models include the Rapide S, Vanquish, and the Vantage.

The track day was made more exciting with the renowned racecar driver and Aston Martin enthusiast JP Tuason playing as host and driving instructor. Using his expertise in auto racing, Tuason provided valuable insights on how to tackle the 4.2 Km long CIS with safety and style in mind.

Several fun activities were also laid out for the members to bring out their inner track star skills. A few of these were acceleration and braking challenges, as well as slalom rounds that showed how nimble the machines were. All these were capped off with a “follow the leader” activity wherein all had a chance to make rounds on the track a few times.

“We are committed to support all the needs of our Aston Martin clients to give them a complete ownership experience and pride ourselves in providing a first-class service in Sales, Aftersales, and Ownership experience,” shared Aston Martin Manila Chairman and President Marc Tagle.

His statement held strong bearing as his company is at the ready to support AMOC-Manila’s line of activities for this year. These include lifestyle activities like long drives to scenic places and a whiskey appreciation night to promote camaraderie among fellow Aston Martin owners.
