Honda to Make Financial Donation to Support Humanitarian Efforts in Ukraine

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. will donate 1 million euro (approximately 130 million yen) to the Japanese Red
Cross Society as humanitarian support for the many people in Ukraine and neighboring areas who are
facing extraordinary difficulties. Through the Japanese Red Cross Society, the donation will be used to
help address the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and to support relief activities in countries receiving
refugees from Ukraine. Honda sincerely wishes that the current emergency situation will come to an
end as soon as possible and that peace will be restored all around the world.
