We may only have gone past the halfway mark of 2018 yet companies like Columbian Autcar Corporation, official Kia distributor in the country, has already recognized the excellence of its dealer network. The Korean carmaker recently handed awards for After-sales Awards at Okada Manila last July 27, 2018.
For the first half of 2018, Kia Dumaguete bagged the Dealer Customer Satisfaction Index Achiever award. The Kia dealership consistently met its targets each month for the said period. Kia New Manila, meanwhile, garnered the trophy for being the After-sales Compliance Achiever. This showed how it was able to meet the highest average for Standard Compliance of processes set by CAC and Kia.
Other awards such as Parts Operations Achiever were given to Kia dealerships from Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Dumaguete, Manila Bay, and Pampanga . As for the Excellence in 2018 Service Clinic prize, this was bestowed on Kia Davao, New Manila, and Pampanga.
All these awards not only recognize the hard work and dedication of these Kia sales and service facilities but allow them to push harder in order to serve the customer better.
