  1. sports car maker—and arguably a fashion house on its own—Automobili Lamborghini has teamed up with definitive streetwear brand Supreme in releasing a fresh capsule collection. This collaboration job between the Italian powerhouse and the New York-based trendsetter has produced a line of skateboarding apparel defined by unabashedly bold colors and graphics that are unmistakably identifiable as the creations of both iconic names.

“Lamborghini recognizes a spirit and dynamism in Supreme that resonates with its own brand,” said Katia Bassi, Chief Marketing and Communication Officer for Automobili Lamborghini. “This collection combines the essence of Lamborghini super sports design and performance with iconic streetwear.”

The executive is referring to the collection modeled by breakout skating star Tyshawn Jones, who for the last seven years or so has been setting new standards as to what can be done on a skateboard—he has shown this since appearing on Supreme's “Cherry” video when he was just 14. Having since displayed unparalleled athleticism and a carefree fashion style all his own, Jones continues to redefine the image of a professional skateboarder.

In the Lamborghini x Supreme collection, Jones displays the style possibilities of a Hooded Work Jacket, S/S Shirt, Hockey Jersey, Coverall, T-Shirt, Skateboard and Beanie as these are rendered in the most iconic of Lamborghini colors.

The project is nothing new for Supreme, which for the over 20 years now has worked with some of the new generation’s most innovative designers, artists, photographers and musicians—all of whom have helped continue to define streetwear’s unique identity and attitude. All Supreme products are very limited and sell out quickly, and its venture with Jones and Lamborghini will not be an exception.

The Lamborghini x Supreme collection is available on Supreme’s online store.
