The Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a premier central business district in Taguig City, Metro Manila, recently opened its newest workplace. It’s called the Clock-In BHS, a co-working space located at the Bonifacio High Street.

Owned by the Ayala Land Corp., Clock-In BHS is developed and operated by the Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. (FBDC), the same organization that spearheaded the growth of BGC itself. It promises to provide a relaxing environment for start-up companies or self-employed individuals with growing businesses.

One cool highlight of the Clock-IN BHS is is overall interior design. It isn’t your typical office environment that’s limited to cubicles, small walkways, cramped pantries, and the likes. Instead, its designers made it to look fresh, open, and vibrant with good mood-boosting colors and furnishings.

Clock-In BHS occupies a total of 1,400 sqm of floor area. It offers around 130 seats divided in to 27 small office rooms with 5 to 6 seats per room. Each room comes with a long table, a set of power sockets, and an optional LED screen monitor for business presentations and more. Of course, the entire co-working space is air-conditioned to elevate a sense of comfort.

Best part is that the workplace boasts a cafeteria, a social hall, and a shared 100 MBPS internet. To know more about the Clock-In BHS, its other perks, and how it would help boost business or work productivity, refer to the official press release below.

PRESS RELEASE:

A new co-working space sets to open its doors in Bonifacio Global City for game changers and visionaries out to change the world, one idea at a time. The new Clock-in, which recently merged with the Square One BGC brand, is located in the bustling Bonifacio High Street (BHS), the city’s shopping, dining, and entertainment centerpiece. Clock-in branches in BGC will be under Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. (FBDC), master planner and developer of BGC.

Clock-in BHS offers startups and small businesses the opportunity to hold office in BGC without the hassle of setting up a traditional one. Co-working allows people who are self-employed to share not just an office and equipment but also ideas and knowledge with like-minded people. It provides freelancers and digital nomads a more conducive workplace than what traditional cafés offer.

Clients who rent offices at Clock-in BHS enjoy extra perks like free meeting room and hot desk use every month. They also get a Clock-in Passport, a members-only perk that entitles them to 10 free hot desk passes per month to the Bonifacio Technology Center and Makati Stock Exchange branch. All these are on top of the amenities that come with co-working – reliable and fast Internet connection, free-flowing human fuel (aka coffee), printing, etc.

Additionally, co-workers will enjoy exclusive sessions of LifeHacks by Clock-in, a TED Talks-like learning session wherein industry experts share powerful and inspiring ideas on business, tech, creativity, and related topics.

Clock-in Bonifacio High Street has a vibrant design, as if mirroring the city’s creative energy. It boasts of a large communal area made for brainstorming sessions or quick chit-chats where workers can just lounge, drink coffee, and throw ideas at each other. Clock-in’s wide and flexible spaces make it a choice venue for events and corporate get-togethers such as product launches, sales rallies, and even fashion shoots.

“Square One merged with Clock-in to offer more perks, options, and networking opportunities for co-workers. We made our social halls much more spacious because those seemingly casual interactions often turn out to be a minefield of ideas from which passion projects take flight,” said Myra Ocampo, Deputy Head of Commercial Operations, FBDC.

At a full capacity of 1400 sq. meters, Clock-in BHS can seat over 300 co-workers, split into its small offices, meeting rooms, individual desks, and adaptable open spaces. This can accommodate any work requirement from a quick writing gig to a full-scale app development job, and everything in between.

Centrally located near the best restaurants, retail shops, and green open spaces, it gives members the leeway to grab a quick lunch, indulge in retail therapy, or lounge outside for fresh air or creative inspiration.

Compared to working in cafés or renting units in buildings, co-working at Clock-in also proves to be more manageable in the long run. With flexible rates and terms, clients can customize their stay depending on their needs and budgets.

“Most of our clients are seasoned industry players like e-commerce companies diversifying their portfolios. Whether they need just a workstation for world domination or a legit headquarters in BGC that will put their business on the map, clients will find Clock-in an ideal starting point,” Ocampo concluded.

Clock-in BHS is located at the third floor of C2 Building, Bonifacio High Street Central. It is open from Mondays to Sundays, 8 AM to 7 PM. For inquiries, visit www.clock-in.com.ph/bgc or contact the community manager Francesca Padilla at +63 917 836 1387.
