The Ranger once again leads the way for Ford in July

The month of July 2018 was a good one for Ford Philippines as the American carmaker delivered 1,277 vehicles. This was up by 3 percent over the previous year.

The Ranger led the way with 1,248 units—up by a whopping 38 percent over last year’s figures. Year-to-date sales are likewise up by some 22 percent, bringing the total to 6,178 Tough Trucks. The EcoSport came in second with 415 units—bringing yeart-to-date output to 3,658 units. The Everest came in a very close third with 410 examples. This helped peg its yearly performance output to 3,588 units for the first seven months of 2018.

While Ford’s top three brought home the bacon, the erstwhile Mustang also had a steady following with 34 units delivered in July. This increased yearly output to 285 units—up 22 percent. For now, Ford sales remain strong and look to give the Blue Oval brand another record year in 2018.
