Nissan Philippines Inc (NPI) recently inaugurated its newest dealership, Nissan Sucat. The latest Nissan showroom, which is owned and managed by Tetra Sales and Services Inc. (TSSI) boasts a few firsts for the Japanese carmaker.
First off, the new dealership is now twice the size of a regular Nissan outlet. Measuring 781sq.m., it can now house more vehicles, an increased number of service bays, and essentially provide a better overall customer experience with space and convenience.
Nissan Sucat is also the first Philippine showroom to adapt the Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative (NREDI). Dubbed as NREDI 2.1, the visual brand identity is used to give clients a feel of the Nissan brand in whatever market they may be. It utilizes innovative services that provide comfort and ease—whether shopping for a new Nissan or having one’s existing one serviced.
The NREDI 2.1 involves five (5) key elements that are incorporated into the showroom and its surroundings. These include:
- The Nissan tablet placed at the entrance
- The red Nissan Drive that guides customers through the Nisan brand experience
- Consultation areas strategically located throughout the dealership
- A premium lounge with a bar, and
- An exclusive delivery area where clients can pick up their new Nissan
All told, the Nisan Sucat showroom, with the NREDI 2.1, hopes to elevate the Nissan nameplate and take it to new heights.
