As Suzuki Philippines basks in the glow of strong sales and a stellar performance during the past year, the Japanese compact vehicle maker recently celebrated its success with no less than the people who have made it a formidable force. We refer to the members of Team Suzuki Philippines.
The event that marked the successful year for Suzuki and its team members was held last January 20, 2018 at The House Manila, Remington Hotel in Pasay City. The fun-filled affair was attended by some 100 Team Suzuki Philippines members who participated in games, joined the raffle, and simply had a great time.
Apart from the camaraderie, TSP members and Suzuki Philippines executives looked back at the various milestones that took place in 2017. TSP, which now has a membership base of more than 4,100 active members, commended Team Alto Pilipinas, for instance, on its outreach program to the Aetas and feeding program in Binganonan, Rizal. There was also the outreach program done by Team Celerio through its Christmas-in-a-Box project.
This being a group of car clubs, the members took every opportunity to stretch their rides’ legs and head out of town. Team Ciaz Philippines had its share of fun runs, Swift 1.2 Philippines joined the JSK Fun Run, Club Ertiga Philippines held a series of family-friendly activities that allowed team members and their respective brood to enjoy the features of this versatile Life Utility Vehicle, And of course, Suzuki Jimny 4x4 Club Philippines and Vitara Club of the Philippines took their capable steeds off the beaten path for some quality bonding.
And yes, all these activities were recognized by the official Philippine distributor. All this to show the strength of this brand, which it hopes will continue this 2018.
