In 1998, Aston Martin came out with an extreme version of its vaunted Vantage V8 model—the Vantage V8 V600. Producing 600hp, this potent sportscar gave lucky customers the best of both worlds. That is, the luxury of Aston Martin mixed with the performance of an extreme muscle sportscar.

Turn the clock twenty years forward and Aston Martin once again offers the same blend of performance and luxury in the limited edition Vantage V12 V600. Commissioned by a discriminating client who asked that the car be strictly limited to a chosen few, the new model boasts an uncompromising character like no other Aston we’ve ever known.

The dark grille up front, for instance, complements touches like the side strakes and  bulges on the powerdomed hood. Then there are the rear diffuser, and quad exhausts that all combine to enhance the look of the unique full carbon fiber body. Inside, more carbon fiber and dark aluminum are used not only to cut weight but to add a bit of style.

Handcrafted and hand-built by Q by Aston Martin, the Vantage V12 V600 is powered by a more powerful version of the British brand’s 6.0-liter V12 motor. The naturally aspirated mill produces 600hp, all of which are coursed to the drive wheels via 7-speed manual gearbox. Dual independent front and rear suspension promises sharp handling that doesn’t sacrifice ride comfort.

As for that limited number, it is pegged at just 14 units—seven coupes and 7 roadsters. The Aston Martin Vantage V12 V600 is available to order upon customer request.
