Being a driver of a Transport Network Vehicle Service such as Grab isn’t easy. You sit behind the wheel for long hours, resulting in unwanted stress. The folks of Chevron Philippines Inc, official marketer of Caltex fuels and lubricants such as Caltex Havoline, know this and recently organized a self-defense class to help these hardworking men and women out.
Organized together with ONE Championship Team, the class was held in Makati City by no less then Eduard “Landslide" Folayang, Kevin “The Silencer” Belingon, and Honorio “The Rock” Banario who gave hands-on training to select Grab drivers and various bike clubs. The two-wheeled groups included the likes of Super 8 Philippines, Mio i-125 Motorcycle Club PH and Soul i-125 Bikers PH.
The basic self-defense training course was meant to instill mental and physical discipline and alertness in drivers. Not only will this help keep them alert during those long hours behind the wheel but it will likewise help them cope with the stresses of the daily commute. It can also help keep them and their passengers safe.
And just like the self-defense class, Caltex Havoline ensures that engine deposits are removed from your car’s engine. Moreover, it offers protection against these harmful deposits that can build up because of idling for long hours in traffic.
