Celebrate Love and Luck at Bonifacio High Street This Weekend

Unless you’ve been hiding away from the world again, you’d know that we’re marking two very special occasions during this very week of February. One is Valentine’s Day, followed shortly after by Chinese New Year. The folks at Bonifacio Global City know this all too well, which is why they’ve prepared a few treats for BGCitizens this coming weekend.

It starts off with a giant fairytale book that rises right in the middle of Bonifacio High Street.  Happily Ever After, as the storybook is entitled, shows the world that yes, there is a forever. And anyone who believes in the power of love can take a selfie with their loved one while they’re at ti. Just don’t forget to use tag @bonifaciohighstreet and use #iloveBHS when you upload The Greatest Love Story of All Time to your favorite social media account.

Of course, what’s Valentine’s Day without music, right? No less than the most popular OPM artists such as Ebe Dancel, Bullet Dumas, Clara Benin, Johnoy Danao, and Reese Lansangan will serenade guests at the Globe Iconic Amphitheater, together with the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra Quarter. This happens on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 7pm.

You can get your tickets at the BHS Concierge from February 9 to 17. Simply present a single or accumulated receipt from any BHS establishment worth P2,000.

As if this isn’t enough reason to celebrate, BGCitizens will get a taste of the rich Chinese culture and heritage as Bonifacio High Street transforms into Chinatown from February 16-18 as we welcome the Year of the Dog via Chinese New Year. Savor the food, dance for good luck, and simply revel in the festive vibe. You can even have your future told via tarot reading, palm reading, and fortune telling.

The Bonifacio Global City Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year festivities are brought to yur in partnership with Globe Live, Chinatown TV, JBL, Katipunan Weekend Market, and Ateneo Confucius Institute.
