The return of Datsun to the automotive world has brought with it a host of vehicles that cater to the young and trendy individuals. Offerings like the Datsun GO, Redi-GO and GO+ give buyers a choice of vehicles that cater to their various needs and lifestyles. And its latest one, the Datsun GO live is aimed squarely at the young fashionista.

Unveiled at the ongoing Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show, the GO live is a compact hatchback that boasts a style all its own. The front, for instance, is dominated by the large hexagonal grille, flanked by slim headlights. Moving over to the side, one will immediately notice the flared fenders and equally eye-catching yellow spokes on the 17-inch alloy wheels.

The Datsun GO live is more than just a tall hatchback. The Japanese carmaker says it is a fashion statement for the hip crowd—as seen from its yellow body accents and camouflage-style paintwork that takes its cue from today’s trendiest clothing and shoe designs. The whole package is capped off by a large rear bumper, squared-off tailights, and sporty roof spoiler.

Datsun says the GO live is pretty much a design study for now. Having said that, it shows how such a vehicle can be an ideal partner for the active individual who needs a practical vehicle that won’t cramp his or her style.

Expect to see the GO live or something very similar in future Datsun models.
