Want the Ford Ranger’s tough truck looks without the hefty price tag? Ford Philippines now gives buyers this option, along with  the Built Ford Tough qualities with the launch of the new Ranger XLS Sport.

Available in both 4x2 and 4x4 variants, the new Sport variant takes its cue from the XLS and adds goodies like 17-inch alloys, gloss black front grille and rear bumper, and side step boards. It likewise gets Ford’s SYNC3 infotainment system that allows easy connectivity of one’s devices for safer driving.

The Ranger XLS Sport is powered by the tried-and-tested 2.2-liter TDCI motor with 160hp and 385Nm of torque. Paired with a 6-speed manual, the truck gets a host of safety kit such as SRS airbags, ABS and EBD, and ISOFIX child seat anchors, just to name a few.

Ready for delivery beginning on June 21, the Ford Ranger XLS Sport is priced at P1,060,000 for the 4x2 MT and P1,211,000 for the 4x4 MT model.
