After all the teasers, ketches, and anticipation leading up to its launch, Hyundai Motor Company has officially revealed the fourth-generation Santa Fe. Set to go on sale later this year, the midsize SUV brings more tech and good looks to the hotly-contested segment.
While we may have seen its rather boxy profile in teaser shots before, onlookers still can’t seem to get enough of the hexagonal chrome grille, slim headlights, and stacked foglamps that all combine to give the vehicle a striking fascia. The slimmer A-pillars and larger rear window that Hyundai claim are now part of the mix don’t just look good but are likewise helpful in providing better visibility.
Hyundai will be offering the Santa Fe in two configurations—a five-seat version and a larger, seven-seat XL variant. Thanks to increased length and a longer wheelbase, passengers now have more room within the cabin.
