GWM Philippines Previews the All-New Haval H9 at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show

All-Terrain Intelligent 7-Seater SUV Set to Launch Locally This Year

MANILA, Philippines — GWM Philippines is proud to preview the all-new Haval H9, an intelligent 7-seater SUV built for those who demand performance, durability, and premium refinement—on and off the road. Making its debut at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show, the Haval H9 showcases the brand’s commitment to pushing the limits of innovation and adventure. 

Developed on the 6th generation of GWM’s cutting-edge off-road platform, the Haval H9 is engineered for a new era of mobility. At its core is a powerful and efficient 2.4-liter turbocharged diesel engine, mated to a smooth-shifting 9-speed automatic transmission (9AT). This combination delivers robust performance and confident control across varying terrains. 

The SUV features an Intelligent Torque-On-Demand 4WD System paired with mechanical locking differentials, providing enhanced traction and adaptability for challenging environments. Whether tackling muddy trails or maneuvering through city traffic, the Haval H9 is built to conquer.

Adding to its durability is a 99% high-strength steel frame, ensuring ruggedness and structural integrity while maintaining ride comfort and safety. Inside, the cabin welcomes passengers with a premium interior design, offering spacious seating for seven and thoughtful features that elevate the overall driving experience.

The Haval H9 will officially launch in the Philippines later this year, with the price to be announced at that time. 

For now, guests at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show are invited to experience the Haval H9 up close at the GWM booth, where the SUV is showcased alongside the newly facelifted GWM Cannon, the stylish GWM Ora, and the rugged Tank 300. Limited test drives and special MIAS-exclusive offers are also available during the event.
