Honda Cars PH continues to raise the bar high for after-sales service through its 23rd National Skills Contest

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is all set to recognize its skilled and well-trained service associates through the 23 rd National Skills Contest (NSC). The NSC is Honda’s venue for dealer service associates to showcase their valuable skills that are in line with global best practices designed to elevate service quality. This allows HCPI to achieve superior customer satisfaction in after-sales service at the same time enhance the pride and joy of dealer service associates through the regional and global benchmarking of after-sales service processes.

Highlighting the competencies for excellent service quality, the recognition program encourages Honda dealer service associates to develop a challenging spirit that would help them continuously strive to improve their skills based on global standards. The final round concluded last February 19, 2023, and the awarding ceremony will be at HCPI’s upcoming Dealer Conference. The winners will be the Philippine representative in the Asia Oceania Skills Contest in May 2023 and will have the chance to also participate in the World Skills Contest in October 2023.

The National Skills Contest has seven (7) categories:

  • Quick Repair Category - Quality and Speed
  • General Repair Category - Fix-right the first time
  • Paint Repair Category - Honda Paint Repair Standard
  • Body Repair Category - Honda Body Repair Standard
  • Service Advisor BP Category - Interpersonal skills and quotation accuracy
  • Service Advisor GR Category - Interpersonal Skills and quotation accuracy
  • Customer Relations Category – Customer care/satisfaction
