Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), the official local distributor of Isuzu vehicles, has kicked off its annual Truck Fest for 2018. It began with a 3-day truck show last April 6 to 8 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

During the said event, IPC flaunted its latest array of commercial trucks and buses that are now powered with Euro 4-compliant diesel engines. These include the N Series light-duty trucks, the F Series medium-duty trucks, and the large C and E Series models good for heavy duties.

For the N Series, IPC brought out the NLR 77 Flexitruck, NLR85 Refrigerated Van cooling by MIT-AIR, NMR85 Cab & Chassis, NPR85 Aluminum Van with tailgate, NQR75 Dropside, NKR71 NCOOL Fruehauf Refrigerated Van cooling by DENSO, and the special Fruehauf Refrigerated cut-away van body.

On the other hand, the F Series has the FSR34 Flatbed, FVR34 Dropside with crane, and the FVM34 G-CARGO Fruehauf Wing Van. Lastly are the C and E Series models namely the CYZ Dump Truck, EXR52 Tractor Head and EXZ52 Tractor Head with Trailer. Aside from these trucks, the 2018 Isuzu Truck Fest also displayed examples of the D-Max pickup with FlexiQube bodies, refrigerated bodies, and crane attachments.

The event also was the venue for IPC to debut its model that served as its contribution to the government’s PUV Modernization Program; the Isuzu QKR light-duty truck. It came in a number of display units featuring the works of cuch truck body builders as CENTRO, Almazora and Santa Rosa Motor.

Of course, the display vehicles aren’t the only stars of the show. That’s because IPC is boasting its company’s after-sales service strategy called the Isuzu Advantage. This comes in 3 folds; IPC’s over 40 (and counting) dealership networks nationwide, its countrywide availability of genuine parts, and its team of highly-trained mechanics and technitians.

“Our company has been the consistent No. 1 truck brand in the country for 18 years. Isuzu globally is known for its durable and dependable trucks that can withstand the challenging business operations, but what is more important is the support that we provide to our clients along with every purchase – and this is the Isuzu Advantage,” said IPC President and CEO Hajime Koso.

In closing, IPC made the 2018 Isuzu Truck Fest an even more exciting experience as it gave exciting discounts and promos to those who visited the 3-day event. These include a P35,000 cash discount for every closed truck purchase from April 6 to June 30, and a P10,000 worth of Isuzu parts coupon good for nationwide use.
