The McLaren 720S gets the Pacific and Track vibe

First there was the McLaren 720S Victory Theme, which was unveiled at last year’s Geneva Motor Show. Now, McLaren and its Special Operations division (MSO) once again come up with not one but two distinctly styled one-off models of the vaunted supercar, the McLaren 720S Pacific and Track Theme.

Both cars possess styling cues that set them apart from their “regular” 720S siblings. The 720S Pacific Theme, for instance, is aptly finished in a cool Cerulean Blue paint scheme with darker Estoril Blue on the doors. Commissioned by McLaren Glasgow, it is joined by the Track Theme 720S that comes in Anniversary White with hand-painted accents on the hood, doors, and rear panels, along with a Carbon Black airbrake and Tarroco Orange, taken from McLaren’s Formula 1 2017 colors.

When it comes to the interior, the Track Theme gets a truly racetrack-ready vibe with lightweight carbon fiber components finished in Satin trim. These, along with the titanium harness bar, all help cut down on those precious kilos aimed at better performance. All this is complemented by Jet Black Alcantara and Orange stitching. As for the Pacific Theme, it continues the Blue theme with contrast stitching and a band on the steering wheel set in the said hue.

Both cars will go on display at the Salon Prive and Blenheim Palace Classic and Supercar show later this month.
