In a bid to further improve its after-sales service, Nissan Philippines Inc recently inaugurated Nissan Service Center in Cebu City.
Touted as the largest service facility in the country, it houses 33 work bays within a 5,300sq.m. floor space.
This allows it to conduct various jobs such as periodic maintenance, along with premium services like the Nissan Express Service.
The latter is the brand’s vaunted service-while-you-wait kind of vehicle care.
Apart from these, the Gateway Group-managed facility also boasts of the first Digitalized Electronic Job Control Board that allows customers to check up on the status of their vehicle while inside the service bay.
Plus, Nissan’s Customer Assistance Center is housed here, offering clients 24/7 Roadside assistance.
