The Mercedes-Benz brand, in case you didn’t know, has been making buses for quite some time now. In fact, apart from its luxurious line of cars and SUVs, the German marque has been churning out buses since 1895. And these buses have been used in a lot of places around the world since then.
This year, the three-pointed star, thru its official Philippine distributor Auto Nation Group (ANG) offers Filipino commuters the chance to ride in these luxurious coaches as it teams up with UBE Express for its Point-to-Point bus routes.
ANG will supply 17 Mercedes-Benz O500U buses that will service the P2P route from Araneta Center in Cubao to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City. The 32-seater bus will allow riders to get from Cubao to the NAIA Terminal in comfort and relaxation.
The Mercedes-Benz O500U, however, is not the first Merc bus supplied by ANG to UBE Express. In 2016, 21 O500U 24-seter buses were made part of UBE Express’s fleet. And ANG has likewise fielded a number of its commercial buses to various P2P companies in Metro Manila and places like Cebu down south.
Expect to see these Mercedes-Benz buses ply ur roads real soon.
