Aston Martin is well-known for its GT and performance cars. Apart from this, the British luxury brand has been the choice of many high profile individuals, including Secret Agent 007, as seen in some of his movies. In a bid to grow, Aston Martin now ventures into real estate as it breaks ground for its very first real estate venture: the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, Florida, USA.
A joint project between Aston Martin and G&G Business Developments, the 66-story, 391-condominium luxury residence sits on one of the last parcels of land that can be developed along Miami’s waterfront area. This is why both companies took the opportunity to put their best foot forward to give would-be owners the utmost in luxury and design excellence.
The curvilinear and glass structure will be designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miami Anger, and will be constructed by Coastal Construction Group. Some of the highlights include seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse, as well as breathtaking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami’s own Biscayne Bay. The penthouses, by the way, will each have their own private pool and terrace.
Those in the lower floors, however, need not feel shortchanged as the Aston Martin Residences will have a range of one- to four-bedroom units that are spacious and well-equipped. Apart from the name, the British luxury marque will add its own brand of design in amenities such as the carbon fiber reception desks seen on the two lobbies, Aston Martin bespoke door handles, kestrel tan leather door tabs, and number plinths, just to name a few.
Residents can also relax in any of the four floors of the Sky Amenities lounge, nestled between the 52nd and 55th floors. Here, one can stay in shape at the Fitness Center or boxing gym, play a round of golf in the virtual golf course, soak up some culture in the art gallery, pamper oneself in either the spa, beauty salon or barber shop, or watch a movie at the cinema.
All these will be housed in a sail-like building that reflects the kind of lifestyle one can lead when living along Biscayne Boulevard Way. While a laid-back vibe can be had via sailing and lounging along the beach, one can also experience a fast-paced lifestyle as everything is just close by.
The Aston Martin Residences is set for completion by 2021.
