Motor Image Pilipinas, Inc. (MIPI), the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in the country, recently held and event called the Subaru Ultimate Test Drive. This happened last June 29 to July 1, 2018 at the elevated parking area of the Uptown Parade Grounds in BGC Taguig.
As said on this invitation article, the objective is to let visitors feel each Subaru vehicle’s uniqueness and experience, first hand, each ride’s technological gizmos. These include the Subaru Boxer Engine, Symmetrical All-Wheel-drive system, its new global design platform, and the Subaru EyeSight, all of which can be found on the latest XV, Forester, and Outback models.
Emphasising on the EyeSight, it’s what Subaru refers to its latest suit of driver assist and safety technology. It’s comprised of such goodies as automatic emergency braking, forward collision mitigation, lane keeping and lane departure warning, throttle override, adaptive cruise control, and more.
With the Subaru Ultimate Test Drive Manila leg in the bag, MIPI is set to hold the next round on on July 20 to 22 at the Parking C of SM Lanang Premier in Davao City.
