  • Suzuki Philippines has long been in the business of selling compact vehicles. Yet it has likewise been a responsible member of society as it continually collaborates with various organizations that benefit worthwhile causes. The latest of which is a project with ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc.

The non-stock, non-profit organization was the recipient of 16 brand new Suzuki vehicles donated by SPH for the Bantay Bata 163 and Bantay Kalikasan projects. Suzuki donated two Carry Utility Vehicles and 14 A-X4 motorcycles.

Of the 16 vehicles, the two Suzuki Carry and two A-x4 motorbikes will be used by the Bantay Bata Children’s Village and Bantay Kalikasan headquarters located at the La Mesa Eco Park. The remaining 12 vehicles, consisting of the A-X4 motorcycles, will be deployed in the various Bantay Kalikasan offices scattered in various regions around the country.

The said vehicles will support operations by providing worry-free transport to help volunteers and other personnel fulfill their duties. These vehicles, though they don’t really let on, are capable of traversing even the roughest terrain—ideal for getting to remote locations to help save children and the environment.

Suzuki Philippines is no stranger to helping ABS-CBN’s different worthy causes. The partnership began in 2013 via Sagip Kapamilya,a project that aimed to help calamity-stricken areas via rehabilitation and sustainable efforts.

  • Suzuki Philippines Inc. and ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc. (ALKFI) are partnering once again for another advocacy project, this time to extend hands to Bantay Bata and Bantay Kalikasan. A total of 16 units of vehicles are donated by Suzuki – 2 units of Super Carry Utility Van and 14 units of A-X4 motorcycle.
  • Suzuki has been working together with ALKFI though the Sagip Kapamilya efforts way back in 2013 when super typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) hit the Philippines and since then the brand has been an avid supporter of its programs under this advocacy giving aid on relief operations to the calamity stricken areas with most recent project done through the One Suzuki for Marawi campaign wherein a total of P3.6M cash donation was gathered for the fast rehabilitation of Marawi.
  • 16 vehicles donated by Suzuki to Bantay Bata and Bantay Kalikasan.
  • The campaign for a greener way of life and our youth’s protection are given more attention now and it is high time Suzuki does its share. This is Suzuki’s way of doing its part for the holistic development of the community. The 2 units of Suzuki Super Carry vans will be utilized in Bantay Bata Children’s Village and Bantay Kalikasan headquarters at La Mesa Eco Park while the 14 units of Suzuki A-X4 motorcycles will be used in regional sites all over the country namely Laguna, Romblon, Palawan, Samar, Leyte, Iloilo, Davao and Saranggani.
