Suzuki Philippines gears up for PIMS 2018

As Manila gears up for the 7th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), automakers like Suzuki Philipppines are likewise all set to showcase tits latest line of fine vehicles. Moreover, the Japanese subcompact vehicle maker will also treat visitors the the Suzuki lifestyle.

Slated to take place from October 24-28, 2018 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, the four-day event will see a slew of new model launches and futuristic concept cars, all of which center around the theme Future Mobility. For its part, Suzuki will show off the likes of the new Swift, Dzire, Vitara, and Ciaz, just to name a few.

The new Dzire, for instance, highlights the brand’s vaunted Auto Gear Shift (AGS) technology. This automated manual gearbox combines the ease of driving an automatic with the precision and control of a manual tranny. The Swift, on the other hand, retains the sharp driving dynamics of the previous generations, ths time in a more modern take.

Then there is the Ciaz, the sensible yet stylish subcompact sedan that has proven to be quite popular among Filipino car buyers. And of course, who can miss the Suzuki Vitara—a capable number both in the urban jungle and off the beaten path.

Apart from the range of vehicles, Suzuki will also treat guests to music and fun activities on all four days of the motor show. On October 24, for instance, dance group GForce and rock icon Bamboo will serenade visitors while alternative rock group Autotelic goes on stage on the 25th. Kris Lawrence will wow guests on the 27th of October.

On the same day, the Philipppine Azkals will grace the Suzuki booth as part of the brand’s participation in the ASEAN Football Federation Tournatment. They will be joined by 4th Impact and Kristel de Catalina of X Factor Uk and Pilipinas Got Talent fame, respectively. And of course, the Suzuki Safety Scouts will be on hand on October 28 to share some tips of proper road safety for all.

So head over to the World Trade Center from October 24-28, 2018 to experience all that Suzuki and the rest of the Philippine automotive industry has to offer.
