And the more knowledgeable set are aware that it has likewise dabbled in the grueling arena of the World Rally Championship (WRC). But Suzuki Philippines seems to want to show the world that the marque also has a caring side.

This can be seen in the recent series of activities organized by the various accredited car clubs, particularly the Swift 1.2 Philippines and the Vitara Club of the Philippines. The former, for instance, held its first-ever outreach program at the San Diego Restoration Village in Valenzuela City. With the help of the No One In need Movement, the day long affair witnessed more than 40 children and community members participate in fun games, singing, and dancing. Of course, prizes were raffled off to lucky participants.

More than 50 VCP members and their families showed up to show their support for the environment. The event also included an overnight camping adventure that gave everyone a chance to get to know each other better.

Both the Swift 1.2 Philippines and Vitara Club of the Philippines share the same mission of helping to enrich the lives of more Filipinos and to make them aware of the Suzuki Way of Life.
