It’s no secret that social media plays a huge role in today’s society. A large number of people voice their opinions on social networks like Facebook. Various companies, meanwhile, use the same platforms to feel the pulse of their customers to try to come up with products and services that matter. One of these firms is Ford. And the upcoming Ford Focus RS Limited Edition is proof that they’ve been listening.

Ford Performance has taken the different comments of its customers to put together a unique and very special Focus RS. This is isn’t just a limited run as it will signal the end of a generation. This can be seen in unique exterior bits like the gloss black roof and mirror caps, gloss black rear roof spoiler, and blue RS badging on the side wings. The look is finished off by spiffy 19-inch wheels with blue RS center caps.

In aide, passengers are treated to a host of cool goodies like black RECARO seats with Miko-Dinamica suede inserts with heaters for the front seats, eight-way power adjustable driver’s seat, heated mirrors, and voice activated navigation system. Plus, the handbrake, door handles, and turbo boost gauge surround are trimmed in carbon fiber for that sporty vibe.

What really sets the Limited Edition Focus RS apart is the addition of Qaife mechanical limited-slip differential. The feature, which has been a consistent request by enthusiasts and fans for quite some time now, allows the car to corner faster and gives it more control and grip. It really puts the performance into the equation.

The Ford Focus RS Limited Edition will be available beginning late this year in either Race Red or Nitrous Blue. Only 1,500 units will be on offer in North America.
