Kia Takes Special Kids to Kamp This Summer

It’s no secret that Columbian Autocar Corporation, official Kia distributor in the country, isn’t just involved in selling world-clas vehicles. The Korean automaker is likewise involved in sports, and helping kids with special needs. The last bit was seen in this year’s Summer Kamp for Organized Special Kids.

The noble undertaking was put together by Kia Owners United Philippines (KOUPh), through its President Chito San Agustin, and CAC. It aims to give children with special needs a chance to experience what other kids who aren’t afflicted by Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and the like, usually take for granted—playing outdoors, harnessing their talents, and simpy being a kid.

With San Agustin being the president of Kamp Pagkakaisa Volunteers Inc, a non-profit orgazniation that has been holding such activities for some 38 uears now, these children were treated to fun-filled activities that likewise gave them the chance to let out their inner strengths and talents. The 10-day event was also participated in by members of Club Rio Philippines, showing their support for the worthwhile cause.

CAC, through its President Ginia Domingo, thanked KPVI for its efforts and was grateful to the organization for making it an integral part of the worthy endeavor.
