It’s no secret that Metro Manila has become a concrete urban jungle. The metropolis that once had a lot of wide open spaces now has, unfortunately, started to experience a scarcity of greenery. Parks, for instance, have become more of a luxury.
Bonifacio Global City, the premiere mixed-used development, wants to change this with the newest open space to help residents regain and maintain their well-being. BGC Greenway Park is a 1.6-kilometer expanse that allows park goers the chance to relax and unwind within the landscaped environs.
Developed by the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC), the park allows one to stroll, workout, or simply lounge around. Office workers can escape the madness of their work and take a midday stroll. Folks who wish to get some much-needed exercise can jog or run through the patches of greens and paths scattered throughout the park. And just like the good old days, families and barkadas can have a picnic while taking in the fresh air.
Situated at the Western portion of the Metro, it connects the McKinley Parkway to offices and residences such as Bonifacio Ridge, the Net Building, and Bellagio. Moreover, it is the perfect place to hold outdoor activities such as film screenings, and Sunday markets.
BGC Greenway will be managed by Bonifacio Global City Estates Association. To learn more about the park, you may contact BGC Community Manager Amie Candado at 09175591749 or email info@bgc.com.ph
