For quite some time now, Nissan has been boasting of a new technology suite known as Intelligent Mobility. In a nutshell, this innovative suite of driving and mobility solutions aims to making getting behind the wheel safer, more enjoyable, and more efficient. It’s the promise of a motoring future here and now.
Nissan Philippines Inc recently showcased this in a media Ride and Drive event dubbed Xtend Your Senses: Experience Nissan Intelligent Drive with the X-Trail. As the name suggests, this gave members of the motoring media a chance not only to get behind the wheel of the refreshed Nisan X-Trail but likewise highlighted the Intelligent Mobility and its various facets.
One fine December weekend, the convoy of Nissan X-Trail, accompanied by the newly-revised Nissan Urvan Premium took off en route to Thunderbird Resort, Poro Point, La Union. Taking the SCTEX, the group of Nissan vehicles stretched their legs and alloed everyone to feel the more than adequate power of the 2.5-liter gasoline and diesel motors of the X-Trail and Urvan, respectively.
On the move, the X-Trail and Urvan Premium exhibited comfort and poise on the long stretches of highway and other road surfaces. But beyond this, what Nissan wanted to show was how intelligent these vehicles are. The X-Trail, for instance, isn’t just a 7-seater for the adventurous family but one that keeps them safe during their journey.
