Shell Philippines recently announced an exciting big news to motorists who use its Helix Ultra motor oil. In partnership with assistance solutions expert AXA Philippines, Shell is now offering an extended engine warranty package to those who will visit its Helix Oil Change+ centers nationwide.
It is a fact that the Shell Helix Ultra motor oil indeed gives a vehicle the protection it needs against engine wear and tear. It also enhances the vehicle’s engine performance and fuel efficiency.
According to Shell, the Helix Ultra motor oil is the first of its kind to be made using natural gas-based fully synthetic oil base. This means that it has better resistance against oil degradation and evaporation. With that said, the Shell Helix Ultra engine oil can be the go-to product for motorists to prolong their rides’ lifespan and improve their overall ownership experience, something the extended engine warranty package is also aiming for.
The said package comes with a 12-year (or 200,000 km, whichever comes first) coverage. It includes servicing of lubricant related problems such as overheating, excessive oil consumption, premature engine wear and tear, among others.
Aside from this, the package will also provide customers with 2 roadside assistance services every 6 months. This covers 24/7 access to towing, minor repairs, accidents, breakdowns, flat tire situations, battery problems, and emergency fuel delivery. It even goes to as far as sending expert locksmiths to those who would accidentally lock their keys inside the vehicle.
Of course, these services are carried out by Shell Philippines’ team of highly-skilled mechanics, all of which came from Don Bosco technical Institute, its partner training school.
On the other hand, each Shell Helix Oil Change+ center comes equipped with a host of amenities to provide customers with comfort while waiting for their vehicles to get serviced. These include customer lounges, wi-fi access, and viewing windows for them to monitor each procedure their vehicles are being subjected to.
