The Nissan Juke may have a look that only a mother could love. Or at least people who dare to be different. Yet believe it or not, the quirky little crossover has just reached the one millionth production milestone.
After eight years of production, Nissan’s Sunderland plant in the United Kingdom just rolled out the one millionth Juke—a unit with a newly introduced Vivid Blue paint finish. In fact, Nissan says that this facility sees one Juke “born” every 105 seconds.
Within those eight years of production, the Juke has likewise had various special editions, such as a Juke Nismo that is geared towards the performance-oriented motorist. Plus, many have chosen to personalize their Jukes with different colors and trims. It’s a style that is as unique as its personality.
In our own market, the Juke, which was introduced in 2016, has a few interesting variants like the N-Style. And while it may not exactly be as popular as it is in the European market, it seems to be doing relatively well as you see more than a few roaming our roads.
