In an effort to bring the cleanest and most advanced fuel in to the market, Petron Corporation has introduced its new Blaze 100, which now surpasses even the latest stringent Euro 6 standards.

Petron claims that Blaze 100 Euro 6 fuel has been tested and was given a thumbs-up by the SGS Millbrook Proving Ground in the UK, as well as the ISP The Testing Institute in Germany.

In detail, the tests showed that this new Blaze 100 fuel has less than 3 ppm or part per million (contaminants, chemicals, and other microscopic matters that affect fuel emission). Putting things into perspective, the standard Euro 6 qualification for fuels is 10 ppm, and that the country’s mandated Euro 4 standard requires 50 ppm.

“We are proud that Blaze 100 Euro 6 meets the world’s best environmental and fuel technology standards. With the highest octane rating but the lowest sulfur content, it is the best gasoline in the market by far in terms of power, efficiency, engine protection, and reduced emissions,” said Petron President & CEO Ramon S. Ang.

In line with Ang’s statement, Petron boasts of the Blaze 100 Euro 6’s benefits besides it being a cleaner version of its predecessor. These include improved fuel efficiency, increased engine power, better fuel burn, lesser harmful emission, and notable decrease in engine maintenance costs.

“Since our fuels are locally produced and formulated in our refinery, we can guarantee the quality and consistency of Petron fuels. We will continue to innovate and lead in fuels technology so we can put more savings in our customers’ pockets while improving air quality across the nation,” he added.

Of note, the Petron Blaze 100 Euro 6 is now available in nearly 300 Petron service station nationwide. To know more about Petron Corporation and its products, visit http://www.petron.com/web.
