We all know how much car enthusiasts revere the Toyota 86. For a relatively affordable price, one gets razor-sharp handling, potent performance, and a truly sporty look that’s usable for the everyday grind. And now, Toyota USA adds a bit more style and tech to the mix with the Toyota 860 Special Edition.

It starts off with contrasting body stripes, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, and an underbody panel that is both functional and stylish at the same time. LED foglights up front also complete the eye-catching fascia.

But being a driver’s car, the Toyota 860 Special Edition gets some cool toys to enhance the time behind the tiller. A 4.2-inch multi-info display shows vital stats like the usual fuel consumption, ol and coolant temperature, as well s driving data like horsepower and torque curves, a stopwatch, and a G-force meter.

Inside, the 860 Special Edition gets the same touches via black leather with orange stitching on the front seats,  The parking brake, steering wheel, and shift knob likewise get the same  treatment, while a center placard shows just how exclusive this model is.

And just how unique is the Toyota 860 Special Edition? Toyota says that it will offer two distinct paint jobs: Supernova Orange and Halo White, with each shade getting only 860 copies.

The Toyota 860 Special Edition will be available in US dealerships beginning this March.
