Aguila Auto Glass celebrates its 65th founding anniversary

Local automotive glass manufacturer Aguila Auto Glass (a.k.a. Universal Glass Co., Inc.) recently celebrated its 65th anniversary. It was established in 1952 by husband and wife entrepreneurs Atty. Lauro and Maria Aguila.

What was then a small business in Rizal Avenue (formerly Avenida, Rizal) in Manila, has become one of the local auto industry’s go-to brands in providing safe and high quality glass for cars, busses, and trucks today.

Currently, Aguila Auto Glass boasts an extensive range of products such as windshields, windows, and replacement glasses. It caters to various types of automobiles including sub-compact sedans and SUVs.

Among its loyal clients include American car brands such as Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, and Hummer. Moreover, its products are likewise trusted by some of Europe’s most prestigious carmakers such as Audi, BMW, Land Rover, MINI, and Mercedes-Benz.

In addition, there are also Aguila Auto Glass products made for such Japanese car brands as Honda, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, and more.

Aguila Auto Glass didn’t stop in just manufacturing glass for cars and SUVs. It also has products to suit 88 bus models from 22 different bus brands in the country. Not only that, it likewise has quality-tested glass for 48 truck models across 19 truck brands.
