It seems like Aston Martin is on a roll lately. After unveiling the Vantage V12 V600 and announcing the Lagonda SUV slated for 2021, the British luxury Grand Tourer marque now rolls out the DB11 AMR. This latest model will sit at the top of the DB11 model range.

Car enthusiasts know that putting the letters AMR into the equation spells high-performance luxury. And this Aston promises with a tweaked version of its 5.2-liter biturbo V12 under the hood. It now produces 630hp—30 more than the standard model. Torque remains at 700Nm, allowing the car to blast from 0-100kph in 3.7 seconds and hit a 335kph top speed.

Besides upgrading engine horsepower, Aston Martin likewise re-engineered the transmission to provide quicker shifts. The suspension was also tuned for sharper handling while still offering a supple ride. And there is a more aggressive exhaust note to heighten the driving experience.

Of course, the changes aren’t limited to under the metal. The boys from Aston also gave the car more dark accents in place of the chrome bits. More exposed carbon fiber can likewise be seen for a more striking demeanor.

Those that want the ultimate AMR can go for the DB11 AMR Signature Edition. This one gets a Sterling Green paint finish with Lime pinstripe and carbon fiber bits. The cabin gets Knight Black leather with Lime accents and dark chrome trim. This being a special model, only 100 copies will be on offer.

The Aston Martin DB11 AMR will be available beginning in the thrird quarter of this year.
