When one hears the words car club, the image that usually comes to mind is that of a bunch of guys coming together to talk shop[. Then there is the fun run that allows them to stretch their steeds’ legs. While all these are great, one car club begs to be a bit different by lending a hand to those in need.
We refer to the Burgos Circle Car Club that recently made a donation to the Fort Bonifacio Development Foundation Inc and one of its worthy causes. More specifically, the Burgos Circle Car Club donated funds for the construction of new offices for teaching staff and personnel of the Gat Andres Bonifacio High School, which is located in Barangay Fort Bonifacio in Taguig.
By the same token, the Burgos Circle Car Club likewise sought the assistance of its affiliate, the Manila Sports Car Club. The former asked the latter to pledge its help for this worthwhile endeavor.
The donation is nothing new for the car club as it has done the same for the Gat Andres VBonfacio Elementary School. back in 2016. The group made a sizeable donation to help build new classrooms. It’s all in line with their goal of helping to keeping deserving children stay in school.
