With a number of business, manufacturing, and commercial establishments under its belt, the Municipality of Cainta in Rizal is touted as the country’s richest community in terms of income revenue growth.

FOTON Philippines capitalized on this, hence the recent opening of its newest facility in the area. It’s the brand’s 24th dealership and the 4th FOTON branch under the LICA Auto Group which also handles FOTON Calamba, Lipa, and Pasong Tamo.

The Chinese SUV and commercial vehicle maker made sure to place the dealership on a strategic area that’s buzzling with business and people. Case in point, it’s located along the Ortigas Avenue Extension, an area teaming with malls, office buildings, and business establishments.

The FOTON Cainta dealership is managed by Cherub Auto Dealer. It boasts a showroom area, a parts section, and a service center. It also has sales offices wherein clients can engage negotiations and transactions from availing a new vehicle to having their FOTON unit serviced or maintained. All these are housed in a sleek, modern-looking building that stands on a 1,300 sq. meter land area.

“We see the opportunity amidst the adversity of high taxes on vehicles and that is the exponential growth in Rural/Urban developments in the countryside like here in Cainta which is the gateway to Rizal province,” shared FOTO Cainta Dealership Principal Rene Limcaoco.

FOTON Philippines President Rommel Sytin was also quoted as saying, “Cainta is a key potential market, and together with LICA Group, their expertise will surely help the steady growth of the brand and further contribute to the economy of Cainta.”

The recent opening of FOTON Cainta is just the beginning of the brand’s mission to expand this year. It’s also targeting the latter parts of 2018 to green light the opening of several more dealerships in areas such as La Union (Bauang), Cavite (Bacoor), Cebu (Talisay), and Palawan (Puerto Princesa).
