Automakers that have training institutes or tie-ups with reputable educational institutions are nothing new in the Philippine automotive industry. Porsche has had a long-standing program with Don Bosco, while Isuzu has its own training center to educate deserving individuals and help them reach their dream of a brighter future. Now, it’s Hyundai Asia Resources Inc’s turn to help the Filipino realize a dream.
The Hyundai Dream Center Philippines (HDCP) will soon be inaugurated at the Philippine distributor’s Hyundai Logistics Center in Calamba, Laguna. It is poised to become a world-class educational hub that will equip deserving HARI employees and students to become truly competent stakeholders of the company.
Once operational the HDCP will become the fourth Hyundai Dream Center in the world, as well as the first one to be put up by a Hyundai distributor in Asia. At present, the ones that are running in Asia and Africa are tie-ups between local vocational schools and parent company Hyundai Motor Company in Korea..
