The Mercedes-Benz SLC compact roadster is on its final run, says the German luxury carmaker. To celebrate this, the brand with the three-pointed star gives us the Mercedes-Benz SLC Final Edition.

Available for both the SLC 300 and AMG SLC43, each model gets some very distinct styling touches that make them a bit more special. The SLC 300, for instance, comes in Selenite Grey with gloss black accents on the door handles, mirror caps, and other places. The wheels are done is gloss black 18-inch rims.

The AMG SLC43, on the other hand, pays homage to the original SLK unveiled in 1996 via an exclusive Sun Yellow paint scheme. This, you may recall, was the car’s launch color. It likewise dons the gloss black accents on the same places, giving it a nice contrast.

Step inside and one will be treated to black and silver on the seats and other interior trims. There is even a memory package for the seats, steering column, and other amenities for total convenience. As always, the SLC has a retractable hard top that allows owners to enjoy open-air motoring while still having the safety of a closed roof at the press of a button.

The Mercedes-Benz SLC goes on sale later this year.
