The new Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss debuts in Cebu

A few days ago, Chevrolet Philippines—The Covenant Car Company Inc announced that it would be unveiling a new Colorado variant named the Trail Boss.

As promised, the new Colorado Trail Boss makes it Philippine debut at this year’s Cebu Auto Show.

Sporting touches like a sport bar, blacked out grille and Chevy Bowtie, and Trail Boss decals, the new variant gives the truck an even bolder stance.

Inside, the new pickup gets the vaunted Chevrolet MyLink infotainment system that allows for easy mobile device connectivity via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, as well as other modern conveniences.

The Trail Boss is powered by the tried and tested 2.8-liter Duramax diesel mill with Variable Geometry Turbo that produces 200hp and 500Nm of torque. It is maated to a 6-speed automatic that drives the rear wheels.

Dual airbags, ABS with EBD, limited slip differential, and engine immobilizer make up the safety features list.

As with all Chevrolet vehicles, the new Colorado Trail Boss comes with a 5-year warranty, 24/7 Emergency Roadside Asistance, 24/7 Customer Care Hotline access, and for buyers who purchase before September 30, 2019, free 2-year Periodic Maintenance Service.

The new Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss is now on display at the Sky Hall of SM Seaside in Cebu. It joins the Colorado High Country Storm and the Trailblazer Phoenix until tomorrow, September 15, 2019.

Priced at P1,368,888, the new Colorado Trail Boss is now available at all Chevrolet dealers nationwide.
