To provide better service to customers—this is the driving force behind the newly-launched Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Staff Training Center in Santa Rosa, Laguna. Located at the Mitsubishi assembly plant, it will house a training facility that will help enhance the customer experience from the moment a client walks into the showroom floor.

The new staff training center has the capacity to instruct up to 200 students a day on the various aspects of the customer experience. This will include aspects like vehicle sales, after-sales service,  as well as body and paint repair, assembly machine training, vehicle inspection, and materials handling.

Aside from the usual classroom setup, the center’s designers also re-created a dealership and service reception area. This can help staff simulate actual scenarios and give them a better feel of how they would (and should) react in such situations. Apart from these, the facility also has the capacity to train Nissan and Mitsubishi staff on electric vehicles and their inner workings. As we all know, both companies are hard at work developing such models for the near future.

With the new facility, it is hoped that Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi will give clients a truly world-class customer experience—one that is centered around the customer.
